Weekend Reflections

If I had a yard, I'd have a pond—just so I
could grow these serene yet exuberant flowers.
Luckily, I have the botanic garden very nearby, and
there are dozens of these beauties in their lily pond.

only place I ever saw one of these is Hawaii and 
always assumed that this is strictly a tropical flower.
