The prompt for Week 5:  waterdrops

Bella chose a good theme for this week.
Pretty much all I had to do was go out in the
garden and find a waterlogged flower
—and there were plenty to choose from.

A Perfect Pink Peony

This is a tree peony—they'll be blooming in my
local (and very close-by) botanic garden in
about three months. Well worth the wait!

Today's Flowers

I'd like to be able to make the peonies
bloom at will—and that's not happening.
But at least I can show them here even when
they're not in bloom in the garden.
