The prompt for Week 38:  "teal"

This monument on his tombstone celebrates
the French artist Théodore Géricault,
who died when he was only 32. His most famous
work, painted when he was 27, was the
(at the time) controversial "Raft of the Medusa"
(which can be seen at the Louvre).

The prompt for Week 38: something really small

Salt crystals are really small—and look special
in a pretty blue glass salt cellar with a tiny spoon.

52 Photos Project

The prompt for Week 38:
Each moment is a place you've never been.

This photo represents a place I'd never
been on more than one level.  I was on a pristine,
mostly-undisturbed-by-humans beach in the
Galapagos.  And this hawk and I shared a
special (for me anyway) "moment"—when he
landed in a mangrove tree and allowed me to get close
enough (no zoom needed, only nerve) to capture this shot.
