52 Photos Project

The prompt for Week 48: distance

This pretty road is in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley,

where I escape to spend time when I can with good friends
and family.  This spot is less than 350 miles from
New York City, but in terms of the change in my stress level

(from über-high to super-chill), it's a world away.

  1. I love the way the road curves around and goes on in imagination. Beautiful spot in the valley. Thanks for sharing this one.

  3. Take me home, country roads, to the place I belong. Well, not West Virginia, but close. You make me miss all the wonderful places to explore in the region around D.C.

    Thank you for sharing.
