| The prompt for Week 27: on the table I recently returned from a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the Galapagos compliments of my younger daughter, Katie. We traveled around the islands on a catamaran and every time we came back from a hike or snorkeling, the chef had a little snack and yet another kind of yummy freshly made juice waiting for us on the aft deck.
