It's a perfect pasta dish, just part of a
delicious lesson in pairing food and
wine to best complement each other.
Part of the appeal for me, I must admit,
is that someone else cooked it!

This one's in Tribeca, across West Street, about a
block north of Ground Zero. It's used mainly by
the 3,000+ students of Stuyvesant, NYC's premiere
public high school.
