Prompt for Week 6: light in the dark My ancestors were already here a couple of centuries before this lady graced the New York harbor, but my kids' paternal ancestors were greeted by her when they arrived from Sicily in the early 20th century. I decided on this shot (taken from a dinner cruise around the harbor) because it seems to fit this week's brief both literally and figuratively. Great image. One of these days I am going to visit New York and see this lady in person. It's on the wishlist.
