| The Ponte Vecchio, seen from the terrace of the Hotel Lungarno (where I can't afford to stay but I can afford to have a drink and enjoy the world-class view). [To see more Weekend Reflections, visit James's meme.] |

Ponte Vecchio (2)
Another take on Florence's most
famous (and most beautiful) bridge.
(I can hardly count the number of
times I've been to this fascinating
city, and every single time I have
to take pix of the Ponte Vecchio!)

Ponte Vecchio
I imagine that everyone who goes
to Florence hikes up to Piazzale
Michelangelo and takes this exact
picture of the Ponte Vecchio, with
the Santa Trinita, alla Carraia, and
Amerigo Vespucci bridges beyond.
But, of course—who could possibly
resist such a view? (This is probably
#1 in a series—I have many, many
pics of this beautiful bridge!)

Weekend Reflections
Saw these boats tied up on the banks of
the Arno, In Florence—right underneath
the Ponte Vecchio.
